Record locking mechanism.
This feature keeps track of bug records opened for modification (Edit or Task) by one user and denies ability to update these records to all other users until record is released or lock expires (up to 1 hour). This mechanism helps prevent situations where changes made by one user can be lost due to a consequent update made by another user editing the same record at the same time.
