This version creates two database logins - TCMS and TCMS40.
TCMS40 is to be used with PHP4+MySQL 4.1 combo.
TCMS user is to be used with PHP4 or PHP5 and MySQL4.0 or MySQL 5.0 and higher (this is workaround for PASSWORD() / OLD_PASSWORD() issue ).
Moved "onSubmit" form validation routines to external file scripts/customer_specific.js .
This was necessary to allow customer-specific customizations in terms of which fields are required and which once aren't of TCMS forms.
