¹ - Per instance. One instance means one copy of software
installed on one server and connected to one database. In normal configuration
you do not need multiple copies of the software nor databases. Multiple instances
used for evaluation and test purposes are permitted. Please consult with us first
if you have special requirements.
² - Software support includes assistance with initial setup; training for
designated Administrator; all bug fixes; troubleshooting; minor software enhancements
and major updates (when available). Standard software support does not include development
of new customer-specific features to extend existing functionality nor integration
with existing software and databases. Such services may be provided for an additional
price not related to your licensing charges. However, all enhancement requests will
be considered and may be included in a later version of the software. Standard support
does not include training of your employees except for designated Administrator.
³ - Annual and semi-annual billing is available.
Pricing policy
Prices are subject to change without notice. TCMS software is updated frequently therefore whenever amount of work put into it is significant the price will reflect this.
Price increases will not affect existing
customers who already ordered or in the process of ordering this software.
